Our team helps take care of all your healthcare needs — whether it is for routine care, dealing with a chronic illness or something more complex. We provide case management and patient navigation services to coordinate any of your health needs. We also assist with family planning, including annual gynecological and breast exams, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV, pregnancy testing and information. Outpatient addiction medicine services are available for both opiate and alcohol dependence.
