Dr. Arshiya Seth is a highly experienced physician leader with +10 years of extensive patient safety, risk, quality, and performance improvement experience. She began her medical education at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College in Pune, India, where she received her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) through Harvard University, where she went on to spend 14 years as a primary care provider. She was a Primary Care Innovations Fellow, Harvard University, and Linde Leadership Fellow at BIDMC.
Dr. Seth also served as Performance Improvement Coach to multiple teams, leading several projects designed to improve overall quality and provider satisfaction within the CHA system of care. Dr. Seth is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality, a Six Sigma-Lean Professional and holds a white belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
Dr. Seth is recognized as a national speaker on patient safety, risk and quality and has dedicated her career to improving patient and staff experience of care through innovation and quality improvement.
