NEW- Building Custodian

Community Health Center of Cape Cod is seeking a building custodian to provide light housekeeping services as well as minor building maintenance upkeep primarily for our Mashpee location. The Building Custodian will also assist in snow removal and grounds keeping as needed.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with excellent driving record. Dental Director

Community Health Center of Cape Cod is seeking a Dental Leader to oversee our expanding oral health services program.

The Dental Director will play a critical role in the delivery and expansion of high quality, patient-centered, and community-based oral healthcare. The Director will provide general dental care for a patient panel as well as provide clinical and administrative leadership for dental providers and dental support staff. In addition, the Dental Director is responsible for the development and implementation of dental policies and procedures, oversight of student extern programs and assuring the quality of dental services provided by the Health Center.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Candidates are required to be fully licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. DMD or DDS and a graduate of an accredited dental school, with 2 years+ in a supervisory role, preferably in Community Health.   Demonstrated leadership abilities that support a culture of team work, mutual trust and respect.  Proven ability to improve business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements.

Enrollment and Assistance Specialist

The Enrollment and Assistance Specialist will provide information and resources to Health Center staff, patients and the community on insurance eligibility and enrollment through the Health Connector. The person in this position serves as a resource and advocate regarding community assistance and benefits, including housing, employment, food, childcare, fuel and transportation. In addition, the Specialist will provide outreach to Veterans regarding available benefits and Health Center services and collect and report demographic data to assist with grant reporting.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Ideal candidate would be trained and certified as a CAC counselor (Certified Application Counselor) with prior experience in insurance enrollment. Prior experience in social services and advocacy as well as ability to cultivate and maintain relations with Community Partners.  Demonstrated computer proficiency and reporting skills.

Program Director, Addiction Services

Oversee and coordinate the day to day activities of Addiction programming and services in a primary care setting.  Responsibilities include: Manage the development, design and improvement of processes within addiction services, ensuring integration with all health center primary care services. Develop and implement operating standards, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Supervise, train and direct workflows of new and existing staff, consistent with organization’s standards for quality, safety and process improvement methods. Direct Patient Care as designed to support program. Community engagement, representing the Health Center regarding all substance abuse/addiction services at Forums, meetings and events.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in mental health, substance abuse, or equivalent. RN or LICSW strong plus!  3 years + experience developing and managing delivery systems for substance abuse and/or behavioral health programs.  Highly organized with strong communication skills.

Behavioral Health Clinician, Substance Abuse
