The second annual wellness fair aims to help people find services they need, to live a full and productive life, despite their challenges, with representatives from organizations that provide services such as home care, health screenings, vision and hearing solutions.

Welcome to the Community Health Center of Cape Cod Bid For Good Health Online Auction, running now through June 21 at noon! We provide care for more 17,000 patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay, and all proceeds from this event will go to support our mission.
