Paulina Fernandes, MD

Family Medicine Provider

Paulina Fernandes, MD began her higher education in Ontario, Canada at Queen’s University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biology and natural sciences. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Obstetrics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Fernandes is a board-certified Family Medicine provider who holds multiple other certifications that expand her practice, including Structural Acupuncture, Health Coaching, Integrative Nutrition, and more. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience and has worked as an urgent care physician, occupational medicine physician, lifestyle medicine health coach, and most recently, a family medicine provider at another federally qualified health center. Dr. Fernandes will see patients at CHC’s Bourne office.
