Are you worried about your son or daughter?

Are you concerned that your son or daughter is struggling with:

• Depression or anxiety

We can help. As you may be experiencing, children, teens and families often face stressful, challenging and complicated times, especially during adolescence. We understand that parents have a lot to cope with and we are here to help and support you and your children. Many families have difficulty trying to find services, afford the co-pays, or obtain services without insurance.

We provide easily accessible behavioral health services to youth up to age 23 and their families. FRC services are available to enrolled Health Center patients only. This means that your child must be receiving his or her medical care from us. This enables you and your child to benefit from our healthcare teams, which include medical and behavioral health clinicians, nurses, educators, and other support staff. We believe that the best results occur when these professionals work together.

Specifically, the FRC offers:

• Information, assessments and referrals
• Child and adolescent-specific counseling and psychiatry (up to age 23)
• Parent and family counseling and support
• Insurance enrollment screening and assistance

Community Health Center of Cape Cod provides primary care, behavioral health, women’s health and dental services to children, adults and families.
