For assistance with health insurance needs, stop in or call the Health Center in Mashpee (107 Commercial Street) at 508-477-7090 for an appointment Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. At our Falmouth location (Homeport, 210 Jones Road, Suite 22), assistance is available Thursdays, from 1 to 4:30 pm; and at our Bourne location (123 Waterhouse Road) every Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Insurance Enrollment Assistance at Falmouth Service Center, 611 Gifford Street, Falmouth

Community Health Center of Cape Cod enrollment specialist Joan Dowd is at the Falmouth Service Center to provide insurance enrollment assistance. She will review eligibility guidelines and help complete applications for insurance benefits. No appointment is necessary. Assistance for veterans is also available at this time. Mrs. Dowd will assist with resources, information and paperwork.
Together with the Falmouth Public Schools, the Health Center is pleased to offer HealthyFalmouth.org, an innovative and user-friendly website designed to promote the health and well-being of area students, families and the community.
HealthyFalmouth.org has a focus on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. It provides information on the Schools’ wellness programs and activities and the services of the Health Center. There is fitness and nutrition information aimed at teens and school-aged children, as well as general health information and access to thousands of articles about specific health conditions, medications, procedures, and decision-making tools. It contains a guide to safe and credible health information on the Internet and to specific health resources in the Falmouth community. www.HealthyFalmouth.org is a work in progress and we welcome input from the community.
