First Sunday of the Month - Stretching for Charity
Yoga instructor Carmina Mock will conduct a yoga class for the benefit of Community Health Center of Cape Cod on the first Sunday of the month from 1 to 2:30 PM, at the Cape Cod Conservatory on Highfield Drive in Falmouth. Ms. Mock describes it as a “restorative yoga class, suitable for people of all skill levels”. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga “sticky” mat. A $10 donation is suggested. All proceeds benefit Community Health Center of Cape Cod with locations in Falmouth and Mashpee.
