Community Health Center of Cape Cod (CHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving uninsured and underserved adults, children and families on the Upper Cape. We welcome patients with MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, Medicare, private insurance, or no insurance at all. Services, including primary and preventive care, dental care, mental health services, women’s health services, coordinated case management, and prescription assistance, are provided at locations in Falmouth, Mashpee and Bourne.

The Health Center is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Director of Behavioral Health
Provides oversight and direction to rapidly expanding behavioral health services within primary care. Supervise and develop programs, grants and cross functional teams. Masters Degree in the field of mental health, substance abuse or equivalent with experience in developing behavioral health delivery systems.

Nurse Practitioner
Will provide comprehensive primary care services to school-aged patients in an ambulatory setting at the School Based Health Center located at Barnstable High School, as well as coordinate care with supervising physicians. Hours will coordinate with another NP already in place with shared responsibilities.
Must have an RN license in Massachusetts as well as Nurse Practitioner certification by the ANCC.
Prior experience with adolescent populations in a school setting preferred. Bi- lingual skills a plus!

Medical Assistants
Will coordinate and organize patient flow through the health center, working with team nurses and patient registration staff. Strong communication and computer skills necessary. Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assisting and experience in a busy medical office environment. FT/PT and per diem opportunities available. Bi-lingual skills a plus!

Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physicians
The Health Center is seeking a full-time, board certified/eligible family practitioner and internal medicine physician for our Mashpee and Falmouth locations. We offer a flexible schedule, no hospital and full compensation packages.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
The Health Center seeks a nurse practitioner and physician assistant to provide comprehensive primary care. Current MA licensure and strong clinical, communication and computer skills required. Flexible schedule available.


Due to our expanding services, we recruit and accept applications on an ongoing basis for future openings in the following areas:

Patient Registration Specialist/Switchboard Operator
Assist with establishing new patients; greet and register patients; complete patient reminder phone calls; maintain patient demographic database; answer and route phone calls.

RN/LPN/Medical Assistant
Experienced nursing professionals needed. Strong clinical, computer and communication skills required. Bi-lingual and multi-tasking a plus! F/T and P/T positions available.

Counselor/Social Worker
